New full teak forward, deck and side aisles 10. New Anchor + 100 meters chain + remote control still wifi 11. 3 electric toilets 12. New mainsail and jib still to be installed 13. Dinghy garage with electric winch for lifting the dinghy + air compressor (there is a Wiliams 285 turbojet 110hp from 2020 which would eventually be sold separately) 16. The layout of the boat is 2 bow cabin + 2 toilets with electric toilet, 2 aft cabins + 1 toilet with electric toilet, fifth cabin to port with bunk beds. Bow crew cabin with toilet. Rolled mainsail plus jib. The owner was using the yacht 3/4 weeks a year + 3/4 weeks the yacht was in charter always with crew (skipper + Hostess), so no damage because the boat was always sails from the same skipper. The boat is sold by a Croatian company with unpaid VAT on display as it is registered as a charter boat. The boat will be available from October 2022.  1. classe di immatricolazione 1 no limit dalla costa, installazione di nuova strumentazione per cambio classe (AIS, SART, EPIRB, NAVTEX + VHF) oltre alla zattera e i razzi, (investiti oltre 40.000€ solo per dotazioni cambio classe) 

 2. Generatore Panda 6kw + Aria condizionata 3 zone + Inverter

4. Lavastoviglie doppio cestello, ice maker, cantina vini, tv 55 pollici con playstation, macchina caffè Nespresso.

 5. Ventilatori in tutte le cabine e dinette, nuove luci con charge usb incorporato

15. Dinghy garage con verricello elettrico per la salita del dinghy + compressore aria (vi è un Wiliams 285 turbojet 110hp del 2020 che verrebbe eventualmente venduto a parte)

 16. Piattaforma elettrica a poppa con binario per la salita del Wiliams Turbojet

 17. 2 winch elettrici Lewmar + 2 winch manuali Lewmar

 18. 2 Tavoli con gamba elettrica in pozzetto trasformabili in sunbedTutti gli optional sopra elencati sono stati acquistati ed installati nuovi nel 2021. 

Il layout della barca è 2 cabina a prua + 2 toilet con wc elettrico, 2 cabine a poppa + 1 toilet con wc elettrico, cabina di quinto a sinistra con letti a castello. 
 Crew cabin a prua con wc. 
Randa rollata più fiocco.
 L'utilizzo è stato armatoriale per 3/4 settimane all'anno + 3/4 settimane di charter sempre con crew (skipper + Hostess). 
La barca viene venduta da ditta croata con iva esposta non versata in quanto registrata come barca da charter.

 La barca sarà disponibile da Ottobre 2022.
