Emisora de VHF con DSC Raymarine 55E, con segunda estación en bañera, al lado de la bitácora. Ordenador de rumbo S3 Raymarine, Piloto automático modelo Mamba de Lewmar con control remoto Ray S100. Sonda, Corredera y Equipo de viento Raymarine ST60. Radiobaliza (marca Mc Murdo Modelo Pains Wessex SOS Rescue).

Electricidad / Motor

Motor YANMAR-4LHA-(M)-DTP, de 100 HP, revisado y puesto a punto en el 2022. Perfecto funcionamiento. Grupo electrógeno, generador eléctrico con salida 220 V. Un segundo generador eléctrico más pequeño de respeto. Todo la instalación eléctrica rehecha en el 2022.

Mantenimiento

Mantenimiento exhaustivo a diario. Tanto en interiores como en cubierta, toda la madera y los elementos están en buen uso y con excelente aspecto. Ver fotos como prueba de ello.

  Equipo de cubierta

Maniobras completas y al uso. Yankee y trinqueta con enrollador. Fondeo completo y molinete eléctrico de 1.500 watios. Winches autocazantes, escotillas y acastillaje Lewmar. 11 winches en total, 6 en bañera, 2 en el palo de mesana y 3 en el palo mayor. Cabullería nueva 2008: drizas, escotas... estilo clásico. Cubierta entera de teka y cahoba, rehecha y puesta a punto en su totalidad en el 2008. Lumbreras clásicas y escotillas Lewmar. Contra rígida y Backstay de mayor hidráulicos. Gran espacio en la zona de popa, óptimo para su utilización como solarium.

Confort / Interiores

Todos los interiores son de madera noble maciza. Los armarios, las mesas del salón, las columnas interiores, las puertas... todo madera de calidad y exquisita ebanistería. Gran altura dentro del barco, enorme cocina con muchos espacios para estibar, horno y cocina a gas, horno microondas, nevera, congelador, fresquera, equipo de música, 4 camarotes con 3 camas cada uno (una doble y una litera individual). 2 baños completos en proa y 2 aseos en popa. Mesa de cartas amplia y espaciosa. Mesa de salón redonda y tallada a estribor del salón para comer. Mesa de entretiempos con sofas a babor del salón. Tanque de aguas grises nuevo instalado en 2008.

Documentación

Bandera española, toda la documentación en regla: itb, certificado de navegabilidad, despacho... todo en orden y al día. El barco se encuentra 100 % operativo y navega en la actualidad. Planos originales de Van de Stadt disponibles en caso de ser requeridos.

Engine YANMAR-4LHA-(M)-DTP, de 100 HP, renewed and updated in 2022. Perfect functioning. Power generator unit, with electric output in 220V. Second generator unit as well, smaller. All electrical layout has been renewed and updated in 2022.

Deck equipment

All maneuvers complete and on perfect use. Yankee and jib with roller. Ancher, chain and rope complete set, with windlass of 1.500 watts. Winches, hutches, all deck hardware Lewmar. 11 winches in total, 6 in the cockpit, 2 on the messana mast and another 3 on the main mast. New labour ropes, of 2008: haldyars, sheets... classic style. Entire deck of teck and mahogany, totally renewed and updated in 2008. Classic hutches. Hydraulic system for the kicker and the main Backstay. Huge space on the stern side of the deck, with big solarium (for instance) area.

Comfort / Interiors

All interiors are made of the highest quality wood. The wardrobes, the tables of the central living room, the inner columns, the doors... all of quality wood and 'delicatessen' wood work. Very tall inside, huge galley with plenty of space to store things, oven, gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, congelator, music set, 4 cabins with 3 beds each (one double and an additional individual one). 2 WC complete ahead and 2 simple in the back. Big and spacious charts table. Round and big table on the living room stareboard side. A smaller table with sofas type sits on the port side. Black waters tank, brand new installed in 2008.

Sails

Main-, Yankee-, Jib- and Mizzensail. All Dacron.

Documentation

Spanish flag. All documentation updated, all necessary certificates and burocracy correctly dispatched. Original drawings of Van de Stadt Design available upon request.

Maintenance

Daily maintenance. All interiors, deck, harware, equipments... everything is rigorously maintained by proffessionals. The boat can speak for itself.

Ausrüstung an Deck

Alle Manöver komplett und in perfektem Zustand. Yankee und Fock mit Rolle. Anker, Kette und Seil komplett, mit Ankerwinde von 1.500 Watt. Winden, Kabinen, alle Decksbeschläge Lewmar. Insgesamt 11 Winden, 6 im Cockpit, 2 auf dem Messanamast und weitere 3 auf dem Hauptmast. Neue Arbeitstaue von 2008: Leinen, Schoten... klassischer Stil. Ganzes Deck aus Teck und Mahagoni, völlig erneuert und aktualisiert im Jahr 2008. Klassische Kabinen. Hydraulisches System für den Kicker und das Groß-Backstagen. Großer Raum auf der Heckseite des Decks, mit großem Solarium (zum Beispiel) Bereich.

Komfort / Innenausstattung

Alle Innenräume sind aus hochwertigem Holz gefertigt. Die Schränke, die Tische des zentralen Wohnzimmers, die Innensäulen, die Türen... alles aus Qualitätsholz und 'Delikatessen'-Holzarbeit. Sehr großer Innenraum, riesige Kombüse mit viel Stauraum, Backofen, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kocher, Musikanlage, 4 Kabinen mit je 3 Betten (ein Doppelbett und ein zusätzliches Einzelbett). 2 WC ganz vorne und 2 einfache im Heck. Großer und geräumiger Kartentisch. Runder und großer Tisch auf der Seite des Wohnzimmers. Ein kleinerer Tisch mit Sofas befindet sich auf der Backbordseite. Schwarzer Wassertank, brandneu installiert in 2008.

Dokumentation

Spanische Flagge. Alle Unterlagen aktualisiert, alle notwendigen Zertifikate und Bürokratie korrekt versandt. Originalzeichnungen von Van de Stadt Design auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Wartung

Tägliche Wartung. Alle Innenräume, Deck, Harware, Ausrüstungen... alles wird rigoros von Fachleuten gewartet. Das Boot kann für sich selbst sprechen.

Wyposażenie pokładowe

Wszystkie manewry są kompletne i doskonale działają. Yankee i wysięgnik z rolką. Ancher, łańcuch i lina w komplecie, z windą kotwiczną o mocy 1.500 watów. Kabestany, zaczepy, cały osprzęt pokładowy Lewmar. W sumie 11 kabestanów, 6 w kokpicie, 2 na maszcie messy i kolejne 3 na maszcie głównym. Nowe liny robocze z 2008 roku: fały, szoty... klasyczny styl. Cały pokład z drewna tekowego i mahoniu, całkowicie odnowiony i zmodernizowany w 2008 roku. Klasyczne bakisty. System hydrauliczny dla kickera i głównego achtersztagu. Ogromna przestrzeń na rufowej części pokładu, z dużym solarium (na przykład).

Komfort / Wnętrza

Wszystkie wnętrza wykonane są z najwyższej jakości drewna. Szafy, stoły w centralnym salonie, wewnętrzne kolumny, drzwi... wszystko wykonane z wysokiej jakości drewna. Bardzo wysokie wnętrze, ogromny kambuz z dużą ilością miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy, piekarnik, kuchenka gazowa, kuchenka mikrofalowa, lodówka, kongelator, zestaw muzyczny, 4 kabiny z 3 łóżkami każda (jedno podwójne i dodatkowe pojedyncze). 2 toalety z przodu i 2 proste z tyłu. Duży i przestronny stół. Okrągły i duży stół po stronie pokładu w salonie. Mniejszy stół z sofami znajduje się na lewej burcie. Zbiornik czarnej wody, zupełnie nowy, zainstalowany w 2008 roku.

Żagle

Grot, Yankee, Jib i Bezan. Wszystkie z dakronu.

Dokumentacja

Hiszpańska bandera. Cała dokumentacja zaktualizowana, wszystkie niezbędne certyfikaty i świadectwa prawidłowo wysłane. Oryginalne rysunki Van de Stadt Design dostępne na życzenie.

Konserwacja

Codzienna konserwacja. Wszystkie wnętrza, pokład, osprzęt, wyposażenie... wszystko jest rygorystycznie konserwowane przez profesjonalistów. Łódź może mówić sama za siebie.
