Custom J&K Smits Classic Dutch M/Y 20m 1976, Motoryachten

M/Y MEDISTAR is a classic Dutch rounded stern motor yacht & she was built by J&K Smits
Scheepswerven in 1976 and she went under a massive refit in 2021 & 2022.

In 2016 the boat has been repowered with a 2005 pair of Cummins (2x230hp) fully rebuilt in 2015;

In 2020/2021:
- hull stripping & epox primer International Intershield 300 + International Intergard 263;
- new living room parquet floor;
- hull repainting (bi-component) & gunwale refurbishment;
- new main deick 8mm solid teak with 4mm marine plywood support;
- fly & bow trumpling sanding & repainting;
- elbow exhaust rebuilding and new slat water pumps;
- batteries replacement (2x12V 180Ah engines / 4xservices);
- new fireextinguishing system;
- hydraulic ssyetm overhauling;
- new black & grey water pumps;
- A/C system, electric system and refrigerators full check & service.

In 2021/2022:
- windlass overhauling and device replacement;
- gangway overhauling and new high pressure piping;
- aft winch ovarhauling and new solenoid;
- watermaker full overhauling;
- A/C system overhauling and new Climma Split 8 at bow cabins;
- new bow thruster with dedicated battery;
- access to the fly modified, new cockpit cieling & staircase.

In 2022/2023: main deck & superstructure repainting (bi-component).

The asking price has to be intended plus VAT on the Italian leasing (Unicredit) running on, with a
residual debt of € 210.000 (September 2023).

 M/Y MEDISTAR è una classica navetta olandese a poppa tonda. Fu costruita nel 176 J&K Smits

Scheepswerven ed è stata oggetto di un importante refitting nel 2021 & 2022.

Nel 2016 i motori sono stati sostituiti con una coppia di Cummins rigenerati (2x230hp) del
2005;

Nel 2020/2021:
- sverniciatura carena a zero ed applicazione primer epossidico International Intershield 300 +
fondo epossidico International Intergard 263;
- applicazione nuovo parquet salone in mogano filettato acero;
- verniciatura scafo a bicomponente;
- carteggiatura e ripristino capodibanda;
- nuova coperta in teak massello da 8mm con compensato di supporto da 4mm;
- carteggiatura e verniciatura calpestio ponte fly e prua + falchetta;
- rifacimento gomiti di scarico motori e sostituzione pompe acqua;
- sostituzione batterie (4xservizi + 2x12V 180Ah motori);
- rifacimento impianto antincendio;
- revisione impianto idraulico (sost. Raccordi e tubazioni);
- revisione impianto acque nere e grigie (sost. Pompe);
- revisione impianto A/C ed impianto elettrico.

Nel 2021/2022:
- revisione verricello salpancore (sostituzione ingranaggio);
- revisione passerella idraulica (sost. Tubazioni altra pressione) e revisione tonneggio;
- revisione totale dissalatore;
- sostituzione condizionatore Climma Split 8 cabine di prua;
- installazione elica di prua con batteria dedicata e staccabatterie- modifica vano accesso al fly, modifica cielino pozzetto ed installazione nuova scala in legno.

Nel 2022/2023:

verniciatura coperta, sovrastruttura ed accessori (bicomponente).

Il prezzo di richiesta è da intendersi oltre IVA agevolata (8.8%) sul leasing in corso con Unicredit,
con debito residuo al 09/2023 di € 210.000 e scadenza 08/2028.
