Fitted out to a very high standard in hardwoods the interior gives a feeling of age and character beyond her years with good ventilation and light thanks to four opening deck hatches, a butterfly hatch and various other hatches, portlights and dorade vents. Pressurised hot and cold water is supplied throughout the boat via a calorifier and a watermaker ensures demand should always be met. Entertainment is provided by a TV with DVD player, CD/radio stereo system with speakers to the saloon and cockpit.SALOON: A large U-shaped seating area to starboard offers comfortable seating for eight adults (or more when required) around a large dining table with storage cabinets behind. The cushions and curtains were recently replaced and the seating is supplemented by two folding directors chairs.GALLEY: The generous galley area provides excellent storage and preparation areas, and is equipped with a Force 10 4-burner cooker with oven and grill, Sharp microwave, front opening fridge, top loading freezer and twin stainless steel sinks. Cutlery and crockery for 10 or more adults has just been purchased and will be included in the sale along with other catering paraphenalia ready for her next owners to sail away.NAVIGATION CENTRE: To port is a good size chart table with navigators seat where all systems and main distribution panels are located.PASSAGEWAY: Immediately to port as you enter the sleeping accommodation area is a cabin to port with bunk beds and stowage areas. Just forward of this is the separate main heads compartment, equipped with a marine toilet with holding tank and wash basin leading on to a further double berth with stowage lockers, all to port. Direct access to the 'Jack and Jill' style master cabin ensuite is to starboard and the passageway then leads on to the forepeak. MASTER CABIN: The large main cabin is located to starboard and offers a good sized double berth, hanging lockers, further stowage and an ensuite equipped with a marine toilet (with holding tank), wash basin and shower.FOREPEAK: Predominantly used for stowage with dedicated systems set up for storing lines and spares. Originally conceived as crew quarters, a double berth (convertible to two singles) is to starboard and a quarter berth to port which are currently being used as additional storage but could be re-instated very easily. EXTERNAL SPACE: A well proportioned cockpit provides ample seating and is fitted with a central table with folding leaves, perfect for entertaining al fresco. Large storage lockers and an aft stowage area and pilot berth accessed via two hatches provide plenty of practical storage and the large decks allow for easy sail handling.  ExtrasDesigned and built in 1980 by Murray Stevens, a specialist schooner builder from Lunenburg in Nova Scotia whose family have been building schooners for three generations with excellent results.
