History & Construction:
Built by Jeanneau in 2002 and launched in May. White GRP hull with style stripes. Large sugar scoop transom with fendering and walk through to cockpit. White GRP coachroof with moulded non skid decks. Teak to cockpit seats. Cast iron fin keel with bulb. Twin wheels to balanced rudder. Teak hand rails. Alloy toe rails. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Stainless steel rails and guard wires. Spring cleats. Large cockpit table. Self draining gas bottle locker. Fender locker. Shallow and deep cockpit lockers. Twin rollers to stemhead fitting.

Comments:
An immaculate example of this popular family cruiser. The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40 has excellent performance and spacious comfortable accommodation. There is a high level of equipment and an all furling rig for ease of handling. The 55hp Volvo engine gives plenty of power when needed. Two owners from new.
