With her very easy sail handling systems she can be sailed by two.
Inside she offers a great feeling of space, when compared to most pilothouse alternatives.
The engine room has almost full headroom and holds all necessary equipment.
The fact that she has two engines and a bow thruster gives her perfect manoeuvrability under power.

Her owner has done many long passages just himself and his wife.
The yacht has a comfortable interior for the owners plus two other couples, with the possibility of an additional number of guests. Additionally she offers a crew cabin with complete facilities. There is a pilothouse where the skipper can helm and communicate with his guests - who can choose to be seated in a comfortable U-shaped sofa arrangement with a perfect view.

Accommodation
Entering ANXA through the cockpit door we must then step down and are facing the "Panorama view" sofa arrangement at deck level. This is a very interesting design and unique in its kind. The engine room is below this island type construction that is surrounded by: port side the fully equipped galley, forward of the galley the navigation desk. On Starboard there is a workbench including vice, compressed air and drawers for tools. This efficiently designed mini workshop is conveniently located in front of the engine room entrance that is also on starboard side of the engine room + panorama type sofa arrangement. Forward we find the salon. The construction is very practical and offers apart from ample space for the engine room below, space for the swivelling flat screen that can be folded and put away in the construction. All double berths are fitted with a battening system.

The owners cabin is forward of the salon that is located just aft of the mast. The owner’s full beam cabin offers plenty of space for the queen size bed and lockers. The large comfortable WC/shower room has a heated floor which is very comfortable. The owners cabin has a TV and the Salon offers TV, DVD and CD.

Two guest cabins are located aft of the salon on either side. The Stbd cabin with en suite WC. / Port cabin has a door entering the center WC, which also serves the main salon. Both aft cabins share a shower, fitted with floor heating similar to the owners' bathroom.

These cabins offer a double and a Pullman bed and are equal in size and function. All double berths are fitted with a battening system and have fitted Dacron lee cloths. The interiors are light and practical. All fronts of drawers, doors for working tables and wardrobes have an 8 mm solid wooden capping; the integrated louvers ventilating the same areas are flush. This gives a light and modern style. The veneers are light teak with silk finish. Forward of the owners cabin is a watertight bulkhead behind; which is the crew shower room and cabin.

All deck hatches except for the sliding hatch have SKY SCREEN blinds and fly screen units integrated into the headlining.

The cockpit has two seating areas, one situated around a folding dining table under a bimini. The center of the table houses a generous drink refrigerator with large top opening lid. The other seating area is just aft of the two steering wheels. These operate well as two social areas.

Electrically / hydraulic switch operated opening transom. Opening is chain driven by hydraulic motors. The transom port while opening is a practical bathing platform with a recessed folded stainless steel bathing ladder and integrated rollers which continue up the floor of the RIB garage for sliding a RIB in and out. The garage does have a remote controlled electrical winch which is located in the storage garage which allows an RIB to be pulled inside or allowed to be launched.

Gangway is a OPACMARE 2.60 m, extractable collapsible gangway of three stainless steel telescopic segments housed in an aluminum container totally hidden in the transom when retracted. Electronic-hydraulically controlled with digital control panel, wireless remote control including a teak grating with recessed lighting.

Hull and Deck
The X-YACHTS 73 is built in accordance with the European CE-Certification, Aristo Blue hull of an Isotalic Polyester sandwich construction with biaxial E-glass fabrics. Core material is 20-40 mm Divinycell of different densities vacuum bagged into the outer skins. Solid laminate around keel steel girder, rudder bearings, and at all "through hull" fittings such as sea cocks and bow thruster exit. The boat has a shoal draft fin keel which is aft swept and features a tail and winglets. Hull laminated with extensive use of biaxial E-glass fabrics. Structural bulkheads are of composite sandwich decorated with 4 - 6 mm teak marine plywood, securely bonded to both hull and deck. Watertight bulkhead separating the sail/crew cabin and the owner's cabin.

Vacuum bagged 10 mm teak laid decks at side decks, at coach roof in front of the steering house, at outer cockpit coamings, at seats and floors in cockpit and at stern steps - and finally at stern ports "inside" as well as at the aftmost 100 cm floor of the RIB garage. The garage can accommodate up to a 3.2 meter rib with out board up to 15 / 20 Hp or an Avon Jet drive boat of similar size.

Heat galvanized TPS steel sections welded together into an extended H-frame. This frame takes up all the loads from keel and mast.

Antimony hardened lead bulb with cast iron top flange including a central keel sump. The entire keel is totally encapsulated in GRP and faired with polyester filler before.

Each grey water tank can be emptied via a hull outlet by an electrical bilge pump. Four interior toilets - type Sealand VacuFlush.

Bilge pumps
All bilges are drained into the deep keel bilge. Two Henderson type manual bilge pumps each 110 litres/min (one in cockpit and one inside interior) plus an automatic electrical bilge pump takes the water via Jabsco type strum box (filter) to hull outlets glassed into the freeboard.
All hoses for draining to and from the central keel bilge have reinforced PVC tubing.
