DescriptionLady Ann is one of a handful of CSY 44s Built by Carribean Sailing Yachts in Tampa Florida for serious offshore sailing for the discerning US Market.  Designed and fitted to be sailed by an older couple this 44ft  centre coackpit cutter has a displacement of 16 tons and system of  hydraulic motors to help with sail control and in mast reefing.  Originally purchased in the States and imported to Europe this vessel has been totally rewired to European standards in 2008 and has new Tek deck teak substitute decks. Ideally suited as a live aboard or bluewater cruiser for that once in a lifetime cruise having recently returned from five years in the Med.Deck

"Lady Ann" sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 cabins.  Double berth in forward cabin, 2 single saloon beths and comfortable aft cabin with en-suite shower, basin and electric heads.  Additional shower and heards forward.  Recently upholstered throughout in cream leatherette with blue piping.  Large, comfortable saloon with built in table which can comfortably accommodate 6 and boasts a flat screen TV.  Reversible Fisher Panda air conditioning and heating system provides both chilled or warm air and is powered by either 230v shore supply or onboard 12v system.Disclaimer
